The Club was founded in 1980 and comprises a group of people who volunteer their skills and expertise across a variety of areas to deliver diverse programmes to benefit local and international communities. Over the years the Club has raised and distributed tens of thousands of pounds and has instigated many local, national and international projects.
The Club meets at Stokesley Sports Club on the first Tuesday evening each month for business meetings and every third Tuesday at the Queen’s Head Pub for a speaker or event. Guests and prospective members are always welcome at any of our meetings.
We frequently invite internationally renowned speakers via Zoom meetings, usually related to our objective of providing service to others, but sometimes of general interest. We also have an ongoing programme of outdoor social visits and community projects.

Stokesley is a small North Yorkshire market town on the banks of the River Leven, home to about 5,000 people. The town, with its lovely Georgian market square, is only around four miles from the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and about 15 miles from the coastal resort of Saltburn.
